Because i only see mexican outside home depot

I work for Home Depot and have never seen any Mexicans standing outside waiting for work. But if that did start happening at my store I would definitely call the authorities because you can't loiter on HD property.

Several times Home Depot has asked my husband (not hispanic) if he was interested in a job. For Taco Bell, I've seen a variety of people working at those in FL, TX, KS, etc.
I believe your assumption is based on too limited a sampling.

Where I grew up, hispanics stand outside Home Depot and wait for day work to come their way...someone in a truck says, "okay I need three workers for such-and-such a job, that pays $50." That may be why. But in any job, it does help to be bilingual.

Where I used to live most of the people working at Taco Bell were white and most of the people working at McDonald's were hispanic.

no taco bell here there are hardly any mexicans but i don't know about home depot

No you don't have to be Mexican, but if you are you have two things going for you and it seems you don't have either quality by looking at your question.
