I'm Muslim. It's sweet that you care. What I would do, is that when it's time to open the fast, make atleast 1 favorite dish of his whenever you can. Like, try to make him happy with what he likes!

Be respectful of this month, i.e. don't blast music during the day, or make a big show of eating while he's around. Make dinner (iftar) a special meal for you two, and kids if applicable.

You can even try fasting for a day, not for any Islamic reasons, but I think that the reason for Ramadan (being more in touch with God and practicing self-control), translate very well into Christianity.

I would say make him good meals at iftar

Fast with him a day or more if u want (i know christians in lebanon who fast, we're a mixed community so some open-minded christians fast and muslims celebrate christmas)

At least don't eat or drink in front of him

Don't argue with him or make him angry while he's fasting

how nice and tolerant of you. Maybe you could cook some good after-fast meals for the evenings, pray with him, and things like that?
