I don't think much of blind dates. I like the women who are able to see!!! Sorry, I've always wanted to say that. Seriously though, I have experienced a lot of blind dates. I have had some bad ones, but all in all I have had some real nice experiences. But then again I am speaking from the male point of view. The ladies must be much more careful about who they meet for whatever. I know some guys that would sound real good, except for when you meet them. I would suggest that you at least have several lengthy telephone conversations first before you agree to meet and then meet only at a very busy location. This will give you some security.. Do they ever work out? Yes, I have had some that worked out quite well, but for some reason or another, eventually they seem to have fizzled out. All I ask is that you be very careful!!

As far as blind dates go, aren't all first dates blind dates? I mean what do you really know about the people you date when you first go out. Take a chance. The blind dates that I went on were set up by friends and if I couldn't trust them to not set me up with a person who was way off then maybe I need better friends. I say go for it, you might just have a great time.

I have met many guys online so I guess it's like a blind date. Most of have been pleasant although nothing has clilcked so fare. Only had a couple weird ones in the whole bunch and one of them wasn't really weird, he was drunk, and well drunks act weird. I am always jittery till I meet them but then I relax. If I don't like the guy, I just concentrate on having a good time, whereas if I do lilke the guy, I try to ask him alot of questions and stuff, problem is they haven't liked me back (the ones I liked)

I hate the anxiety. And I hate the notion that it is a pre-ordained situation, one with expectations and too many hopes, so that if something doesn't happen how you'd have like it, you go home unhappy or confused. It's kinda like following a script, especially since you're being set-up with someone. I avoid them. But everyone's different.
