Bruce Lee. His innovative concepts and training methoda are still not fully understood by very many, I've been studying his work for over a decade and am, only now begining to grasp some of the intricies of his philosophies and techniques.

Bruce Lee but Jet Li runs a close second, especially since he actually trained at Shaolin before.

I know it sounds trite, but I'd have to say Bruce Lee. Not only was he an amazing physical specimen who worked diligently to perfect his body and skills, he added to the philosophy of the art. He was truly able to step outside of tradition and show that rules and traditions sometimes are useless.
And he worked to make his art accessible to the masses, which many master were unwilling to do.
He honestly was a ground-breaker.
