Why would you want to move up. You have a distinct advantage over all the other 165lbers. They're all 5'7" 5'8" you have height over them hence reach advantage. Most fighters in MMA try to go donw in weight classes not up. And you can fight in a higher weight class you don't need to weigh more. Weight only applies when going down a class. I used to do it all the time in Judo I'd win my devision then I'd go up a weight class and compete, in the same tournament. Just register as a middle weight rather than a welter weight.

So Simple look dude I had the smae problem I was 20 y/o, 6'3,168 and now i'm 21, 6'5, 176. Half the problem is you still haven't hit the prime years yet because when you do your gonna get bigger, its inevitable, in the mean time try doing super sets, also try working oposing muscle groups. Do bench, then do pull ups, do preacher curls then bicep curls, do quad lifts then hammy's, work more muscles, harder and your get bigger, aslo make sure your eating your power foods like eggs, nuts and yes fish and rice.

Really nice supplements

After defeating all opponents in his weight class and sometimes unable to maintain the same fighting weight, a fighter moves up in weight class
