God you men are propose! at some point walk 3 miles Then jog a million mile, and walk 2 miles Jog 2 miles, walk a million mile purely verify she would not have any chocolate or sugar or extreme fructose corn syrup. eat Protein and culmination/vegetables Do abs another day. sure loose weight will help tone.

Yes, do 50 crunches a day or 10 crunches per comercial. I also do this with my 6 second ab machiene.

ab exercises wont help you loose weight. Besides walking maybe you need to look at your diet, strength training is one of the best ways to loose weight, but since your centre is closed for a bit maybe throw some squats, push ups & chin ups into your walking routine.

uh RUN two miles a day. Do five minute abs everyday before your run. and before you do abs, do a 10 minute warm up jog. then after you finish your run do a 10 minute cool down jog. Five minute abs= every thirty seconds you switch ab excerises. ie: crutches, side crunches, v ups, leg lifts, etc.

It's a great site with really good advice to help you command your daily diet and exercise regime and I don't think it really matters how old you are since the site is so accessible.
