No it is not ok!
You need to speak to your mom about it- obviously in a way that will not embarass either of you. A few suggestions are:
1. "Gee mom, did you know the guys thought you were flirting with them, isn't that weird?"
2. "Mom, I know this might sounds embarassing, and I know you would never do it intentionally, but I over heard some of my friends talking about you and they were saying you were flirting with them"
3. Or you could variations on those suggestions- but you will have to let her that her actions are not going unnoticed, and it will give her a chance to redeem herself before the situation escalates.

I was seduced by my girlfriends mom when I was younger and it was a very bad deal. Not something to be proud of. She should have known better. You're mom is feeding her own ego. She needs help.
