If you're raising money for a charity or good cause, bake sales always seem to do well, especially when they're held in a church, school, or similar community setting. Sometimes the classes at the school where I work hold bake sales to raise money for their favorite causes. The rest of the students *rush* to buy cookies, muffins, etc at recess and lunch! The kids usually sell out of everyting they bring.

I don't know how old you are, But you can go to the local grocery store and see if you can pack peoples grocery's. Or you can help bring the grocery's to the can. If you need it that bad you could borrow it from a friend and pay him back a little at a time.

car washes are a big success for raising money. also a "give away" (it's illegal to call it a raffle), where you sell tickets that give you a chance to win a big prize at the end of the week when you draw out a ticket to win.
