Ok, there is this guy that I really really like and one of my friends told me that the reason that he dosen't like me is probably because he dosen't know me very well, so how can I get his attention (in a good way)? PLEASE HELP!!!

I've already thold him that I like him and asked him out and he did exactly say that he didn't like me, but he did say he has a girlfriend... which I pretty sure that he dosen't

Try being simple and direct...that is always impressive. when you get a chance stroll up to him and tell him you can't help notice what a really nice smile he has ( showing your smile at the time). Tell him your name and go from there.
Of course it won't hurt to be looking nice ( don't over do it) at the time. You would have given him a complement and showed style and courage with your approach. Look him in the eye when you do, don't stutter and don't act love sick...just cool and natural. You don't have to hang around after wards. After he gives his name you can say something like "cool...see you around" and move on. If he's really interested he'll make it his business to show you sooner or later.
If nothing else he will at least be impressed.

do what i do, put yourself in a position where you will cross paths and when you do make sure that you're dressed your best and after a few encounters, say hi,.... start that converse when you know he has time to talk. make that conversation short and sweet so that he'll want to continue the conversation. end it by looking at your watch and saying" oh no look at the time i've got to go ........ ,anyway it was nice talking to you, maybe we can continue,...some other time. give a smile and walk away. don't look back or you might embarrass yourself.

Well your friends might be right, you should talk to him so that he will get to know you. And when it is the right time for a relationship you will know. My mom always tell me if it was meant to be it will happen, but if it is not well its not. Just get to know him love comes patient
