there is no business for a junior in high school to be interested in an 8th grader.....older boys are only after on thing....well all boys are after that....but alder boys can sweet talk you....8th graders can do it it but they suck at it.....so no hunny, don't do it, i don't trust him

Personally, I'd say no. I went out with a guy that was a senior when I was a freshman, and looking back on it, I think it was way wrong. Last year, I knew this guy that was a senior and dated an 8th grader... it was just weird. It would seem like he was taking advantage of you. However, if you feel that it's right, talk to your parents and be sure they're okay with it. And if you sense any odd signals coming from him, end it asap.

"going out"-- this is the question. going out where? and doing what?
i would not allow my 8th grade daughter to "go out" with a guy in the 11th grade.
