here's what i do and i'll even throw in why i do it:
day 1: weight lifting routine A - squat, dumbbell bench press, romanian deadlift, dumbbell rows, standing calf raises
day 2: cardio in the form of basketball with the guys or sprints
day 3: weight lifting routine B - deadlifts, dumbbell shoulder press, single leg squat, pull-ups
day 4: cardio again
day 5: rest
day 6: weight lifting routine C - squat jumps, push ups, hyperextensions, chin-ups, ab work
day 7: cardio again
cardio lasts about 20 mins with sprints, or longer if it's basketball.
weight lifting takes me about 45 mins. i do 4 sets of 6 reps, resting a minute between each set. my routine is based on compound movements with free weights so that i maximize the number of muscles worked in one movement. saves me time as well. and i prefer sprints over normal jogging because it's more exciting, but i've read research that says explosive cardio is better at burning fat than steady state cardio (which can eventually burn muscle if you do it for too long).
hope that helps!

I work out at least 3 times a week. One Half Hour on the treadmill and I also lift light weights and do sit-ups for about 10 minutes or so.
I stretch everyday also, usually in the evening while I watch TV.

First thing is to take a profit out of the PE classes in school, then I play tennis once a week for 1/2 an hour. It's 2 times per week PE in school which is in total 2 hours, then the half hour of tennis and a balanced diet including sweet things on sundays. I also take singing classes which forces me to train my abs so I do 100 abs per week (the short ones) and that's great for your body, and it's 1 hour per week of singing class.
