I am having a pain .......?

I have had this sharp pain in my spine right between my shoulder blades. Any ideas to make it go away? I have taken 800 mg of ibuprofen and that has only dulled the pain.

Sounds like you may have a pinched nerve. Do some stretching and continue with the Ibuprofen. If that doesn't help, call your doctor.

Oh yes, find a massage therapist right away - I have had the same thing and it is well worth the $$ ($30-40$). iF YOU CAN'T AFFORD THAT - THEN GET A TENNIS BALL AND PLACE IT ON FLOOR AND TRY TO ROLL ON IT - WHILE IT IS BETWEEN YOU SHOULDER BALDES.
