Basically, I bought this packet of slices of turkey couple of months ago, used couple of them and then stored in my freezer. The label says that use within seven days of opening but I was not sure if that is valid as if I have been storing it in freezer at several degree below 0.

Freezing it changes the expiration date. As long as it smells and looks OK, it should be safe to eat. I freeze luncheon meats all the time, and then thaw and use them within the week, and have no problems.

Yes that label is good for the refrigerator. Yes you can put your Turkey breast in the freezer, but first you would have to make shire there are no air in your plastic bag. Then you can freeze it for awhile. Remember this no air no freezer burn. More air = trash.

Is the turkey still alive? That would be a factor in answering your question.
