My friend let me install his 3d max studio, but when I tried to execute it, it told me that i would have to go online and get a license for it. I don't have a license and I lost ties with my friend. So what can I do about this problem?

also, max is very cheap for personal use if you have a college i.d. secondly, there are two good software programs, blender, and google sketchup, that are free as is.

You are playing with fire buddy! Unless you purchase a license, you are looking for a crack for a $3500 piece of software. That's grand theft. My advice, purchase the student version (link below), or get Blender (like someone else suggested). You can also download the latest version of Max from Discreet's website for a 30 free trial.
I'm not going to tell you whether or not you should look for a software crack, but I will tell you that it is a REALLY bad idea to post questions about it on a public forum like this!! The girl who posted the link is also being very careless. People who are open about using pirated software are the ones who actually get caught!

There is a search on crackspider for 3d max. I don't know what version you have, but just find a patch with the exact same version as the one you have. They also have some codes you can put in too. Some of these sites have porn and spyware though, so be safe and have your virus scanner on.
