My sister is getting married in december, I have not seen her in 8yrs please help me!

Make her a photo album, filled with family pictures up to today. Barrow the pictures from your folks and color copy them. Then give her an empty one to fill with her own memories.

Eight years...? Have someone put you together a "sister's dvd". You can gather pictures of you and her as babies then growing up, separate and together, you can add captions but some prefer soft music as the pictures show one at a time. It's a very personal keepsake...costs about $150.

wow 8 yrs check her registry and get her a gift that she still needs. but try to make it personal from some of your happier memories together.
