Well, I certainly know who wrote it-- Deepak Chopra, in his book "How To Know God", I haven't read it, but it sounds like his type of work.
Before going line by line, I wanted to point out that in mainstream New Age philosophy, it presupposes that all ppl are connected each other, and all are extensions of God, who in Himself is love. God uses us to promote love and peace throughout the world.
Therefore, the soul does not love, it is love itself. That means that the soul (us, ppl) are vehicles in which God uses to love and heal the world. We don't love, but as we passively allow God to move through us and use us as our primary function (extensions of God, or extensions of love), we don't do love, but we are that love..
The soul does not exist, it is existence itself: ppl, as part of God, are existence.. it's our only basis for existence-- there's nothing outside of God, and we're part of God. outside of God, nothing exists.
The soul, as part of God, knows all things.. We may not remember everything, but when we learn things in "time", it clicks because it's a fundamental truth in eternity.
It's a really deep, complex issue to try to explain in yahoo answers. I hope i shredded some light on it for you!!

Its basically saying it is. Like God says I am who am. God is, God isn't any one thing...God is. Just like Soul isn't any one thing, it is. Your soul is all.
The simplest way to explain is, you are human right. You love, but you are not full of love always. You are knowledgeable, yet you don't know everything. Well its saying your soul is, and I guess when you die you will be all love, all existence, all knowlegeable.

Body mind spirit and emotions. Quandrinity. The soul is the essnce of every human being. the true self, however the ego obscures the light of the soul and the ego is not actually you.
The light hides behind the ego. I know that this comes from the essence of your own soul, otherwise you would not be asking.

a soul can only love god, god resides in christian hearts so the soul is love because god is love
a soul cant die therefore it doesnt exist but is existance itself
without god we wouldnt know anything but because god loves us we can know about him and therefore have true knowledge
