I just found out my girl friend is pregnant and I don't want her to have the baby. She said she didn't want to have it either as I already have a child who is seven to care for and I just cannot support another right now. She still lives with her parents and doesn't want to get in trouble for being pregnant or having sex with an adult. Where can we buy the morning after pill or where can we go for an abortion? Are abortions legal in South Dakota?

First of all.... why the f#ck are you having sex with a child???????? Arent you man enough for a grown woman???
Secondly... the morning after pill wont help you now you idiot. It is to be taken 'the morning after sex' not the 'morning after you find out you are pregnant'.
Depending on her age, her parents might need to get involved. I am not sure of the laws in South Dakota but if she is a minor she might need her parents signature to get an abortion. But what ever she does she needs to speak with them as she will need a lot of emotional support if and when she has this done. An abortion isnt a simple procedure, yes she can walk out of the clinic once its over but she will forever have this memory in her heart. You cant just walk into a clinic and book in for an abortion, she will need to have indepth talks with a therapist, the determine whether she will be able to go through with it or if infact it is the best option for her.

You need to SMARTEN UP ! I just read your other questions and it seems to me that you have enough problems already without adding charges for having sex with a minor and a possible illegal abortion. The girl needs to tell her parents and you need to back off. Sorry to seem so mean-spirited but if you truly want to keep your life on the right track you need to start making better choices. The morning after pill will not abort a already established pregnancy. You should NOT be having sex with someone that young anyway, unless you are looking to go to jail. If you can't afford more kids go get a vasectomy!

I think it is obserd to have an abortion of a pill,... have the kid and put it up for adoption...how would you like it if you wouldnt of had to live and your mom had an abortion....i would rather have a life and be adopted rather than NOT HAVE A LIFE AT ALL...do the right thing and dont have an abortion...put up for adoption or raise em yourself...you would be a horible person if you had an abortion

You know where babies comes from, since you have a 7 year old already....so you might want to try practicing this safe sex thing.
As to getting help w/ a baby and the girl who wants it... you may be fighting a losing battle. She may just dig her heels in the ground and have this child.

Then her parents could sue you and turn you in for being a pedofile and sleeping with thier child then you would either go to jail or have to pay child support for life. People are such hypocrits..You do what is best for you and her..Make sure if abortion is the option you chose that your girlfriend gets counciling..From person experience she may need it..I believe that you can go to a planned parenthood for health..Call info for your area. In the end the decision is yours and you need to make up that choice on your own..This world is not going to end if you dont have a baby, nor is it going to stop god from forgiving you for the choice..

It's not legal in South Dakota. I suggest going out of state. Depending on how old you are and look you could probably pass for her dad--if they needed parental consent! Best of Luck--and stop having sex with minors!
