i want to lose weight and tone up, quickly, SAFELY!! and i want it to stay off if possible. I'm 18, in college 5 days a weeks and work sundays so it doesnt leave much time to go to the gym. Therefore, i'm looking to do most of my exercise at home. Any tips? I'm heard so many things, especialy when it comes to healthy eating, but its hard to prepare/buy the right food to take to college/work and eat seperate things from my family everyday.

This might sound like a daft answer but play Dancing Stage (with a dance mat NOT a pad) playing in an arcade is better than at home, helped me loose a lot of weight

Buy a simple Yoga Book and do the exercises at home. Power walk to some of your destinations, substitute crisps and other high calorie foods with fruit. achieving this Quickly may not be a good idea, as the body has to adapt and you could do more harm than good if you force the issue. The most important issue is to stick to your new plan of eating, in other words change your eating-habits. You could go and consult your GP, who will make an appointment with a Dietitian, who will advise you on a safe method. Good Luck.

I done the 2 bowls of special K twice a day and a proper meal in the evening before 6pm diet and lost just under 2 stone in weeks, I was hungry all the time at first, but it got easier. Stick with it, it will happen and you'll feel great.

Here are some tips:
When going to college and going to work, for example, bike or jog to your destination. Eat fruit and vegetables. Work out when ever you can. You can go on a diet but don't get to obsessed with it because you can get aneraxic (loss for appetite)
I hope this helps. It's all I can think of and I'm really sorry if this isn't enough. Good Luck!

find one good plan and stick to eat!!! when you try several things at the same time it just becomes confusing and most of the time you don't see a significant change because you are trying too many different plans one plan is a sure winner guaranteed to work and up to 5 lbs in a week -if you stick to it-
the mayo clinic diet! google it and it will appear on your screen!

hi, the best way i found to lose weight and keep it off was with walking. i used to walk for 35 minutes every 2 days and the weight dropped off me. i found it better and more enjoyable tho when i had a walking partner. try to walk fast for as long as you can then slow to a steady pace and you should soon see the difference. good luck. wendy
