It's hard to hold down a puppy and give warm compresses as he's squirly. His eyelids are so small, I think he should get ointment or something. Anyone agree?

A compress should work well but if your really worried Neosporin would not hurt either. Just try to relax and your pup will be fine.

Yes I believe it should have some type of drops or ointment. I had a dog before with a stye and the vet gave me something but I can't remember what it was. Call your vet or some others to make sure your vet gave you the right advice.
