Okay people think I am amorexic! But I am not!! I am a muslim and we have this fasting thing that we do for a month it's called Ramadan. ANd we eat in 5 in the morning and 5 at night. How can I tell everybody at school at lunchtime that I am just fasting and not starving myself?

tell them its for your religion and if they don't get it tell them to go look it up

I know you;re not anorexic, my friend does the same thing as well. Anyways, just tell your friends more about Ramadan, and about fasting. If they understand more about your culture, they will understand what you are doing: fasting, not starving yourself.

Just explain that what you are doing is for religious purposes and if after the month is over and you look like you need a meal then by all means be concerned. But I personally respect you for the religious restraint.

dont worry im fasting as well, look just tell them about ramadan, and if they think that its weird its their problem, you dont need to ruin your fasting by stressing over them, atleast you can look nice and toned for Eid hey! ramadan mubabrak!!!

just say it out . tell them "in my religion you have to fast for month (or however long)." tell ur friends and whoever thinks ur anorexic that ur not and its only cause of ur religion. if their real friends, they'll understand!

Tell them you are practicing your religion. It's just that simple. If they don't leave you alone after that report it to your teachers.
