You need to see a physician to assess whether or not you have been RAPED. If you were in a state of intoxication such that you cannot recall whether vaginal penetration occurred, this consistutes (date) rape. You need to be tested for any sexually transmitted diseases (and must continue to do so six months from now due to the fact that some STDs take up to that long to be testable in the human blood stream). Also, be certian to have a pregancy test done and to take an EMERGENCY CONTRACEPTIVE (PLAN A/PLAN B). This is dependent on how long go this incident occurred (you sould discuss this with your doctor in the ER (if it has occurred within the last 72 hours).
Now, you must go to file a police report against this sexual predator. It is especially important that you have the medical exam done and submitted to the individual recording your police report so that this can be used for your case against him---people like him MUST BE STOPPED!
In addition, please see a therapist for a mental and emotional evaulation of your well being. I do not mean to speak for you or judge you, but you could potentially be in a state of shock and denial. This could be followed by feelings must more serious. PLEASE GET THIS TYPE OF INTERVENTION AS QUICKLY AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE. If money is an issue, there are pro-bono therapists that can be recommended to you by your local police department. There are also local rape counseling groups that are free of charge.
If you do decide to press charges, there are lawyers/law firms that your local law enforcement agency can provide to you that will handle your case pro-bono. You are the victim and should NOT HAVE TO PAY A DIME!
Finally, do not listen to these ignorant assholes that are knocking you down! Report them for abuse! This is a HIGHLY SERIOUS ISSUE and is not to be taken lightly and you are not to be blamed in anyway. When he got drunk, was he worried about getting raped?

However, at your local community college, you can enroll in free rape prevention and education classes.
Thank you for your courage and for sharing. I wish you all the best in the world. If you are in a position to do so, please inform your parents.

According to Wikipedia, he act of losing one's virginity, that is, of a first sexual experience, is commonly considered within Western culture to be an important life event and a rite of passage. The loss of virginity can be viewed as a milestone to be proud of or as a failure to be ashamed of (particularly if a lack of self control was involved), depending on cultural perceptions. It is hard to imagine someone unconscious to loose virginity. Sexual act with the unconscious woman is called rape.

What that man did was despicable and it was wrong, and I know what you want me to say honey, but I can't. I'm sorry, you are no longer a virgin. I hope you've had the tests for std's and I hope that this never happens to you again. If you hold on to this, it will hurt you for a very long time. When you can, you need to forgive yourself, and him (not for his sake, but for yours) and then shut the door on this. I wish you the best.

if you had intercourse, technically, yes you did lose your virginity. but if you feel like you were taken advantage of and if you've gone to the gynocologist, well there is no reason you can't make it not count, for you. and when you find someone that you feel is worthy, and you are ready, then you can make him count as your first.

If you lost it,... then yes it counts. It just means you did not intentionally lose it.
Getting wasted has risks. Quite a high price to pay sometimes.

If by 'took advantage of me' you mean that his penis penetrated your vagina, than yes, you lost your virginity. As the first poster also pointed out, it's also rape.

If you were a virgin and he had intercourse with you then yes, you are no longer a virgin.

You may also consider rape charges.
