i got pregnant and because we were together before that for 7 years. I love being married! Sure we married people all have our problems, but for the most part I would never want to "play" the single games again.

I came from a very strict family. Up to age of 22 I was not allowed to come home after 10 pm. No male friends even though I met my late husband at the age of 13 we were just friends and not allowed to go out. Not even at the age of 18 we weren't allowed to sit alone and my mother always on guard when he comes to visit . At the age of 23 we had civil marriage and still stayed at home with my parents until the time we had our religious ceremony for the wedding. Freedom the word for marriage apart from love.

Because after putting marriage and dating out of my mind, I met my husband and knew he was the one. He gets me and is a grown-up Boy Scout. He respects me, yet isn't afraid to redirect me when I'm being a flake. He's kind, generous and very funny. I absolutely adore him. I can't imagine being married to anyone else or being married for a reason other than love.

I'm getting married because I love my girlfriend very much and want to spend the rest of my life with her. I'm doing it so I can wake up each morning with her beside me and know how much of a lucky guy I am to have her.

because I was young [18] and that was thing to do way back in 1970 today I think it was one of the dumbest things I have ever done, even though I did stay with the guy for 23 years, as a matter of fact I am still married to him ,,just don't see him or talk to him anymore. We did have 2 beautiful boys who are my dearest treasures

AT the time it was the thing to do, I was pregnant and my family wanted us to get married, and I did to at the time. But everything changed after I had the baby. But I wouldn't change my marriage, I just wish I woulda waited for a few more yrs. I know Ilove this man, I just simply shoulda waited.

Well because he was my soul mate and I wanted to spend the rest of my life as his wife. He makes me smile and laugh when I want to cry. He is my everything. He makes me feel beautiful and wanted every single day. He makes me feel safe and secure not matter what the situation. The man brightens up even the darkest days and is my rainbow after the rain. He believes in me and I in him. We support one another. We spend every day we have together like it is the last day of our lives... that way we don't take anything for granted. I married him because I loved him... and he loves me.

I love him. I respect him and I admire him. Also, he has the sexiest legs, eyes, smile and body on earth...did I mention he's cute too? Very intelligent, and articulate.
We've been married for over 4 years and we have a son. We're really good friends too.

I commend those who got married before the birth of their love child. They did the right thing! God Bless each of them if they are still married. God Bless each of them if it didn't work out!
