Are you sure your name isn't Trevor??? Just Kidding, I said the same about my man I love him but things have changed so much in the years we have been together and its nice of you to look towards trying to fix the problem.. Fix her dinner and surprise her , run her a hot bath, put rose peddles in the water , bathe with her
keep reminding her of how important she is to you and how beautiful she is , if that doesn't work light some candles and give her a full body rub down be gentle soft kisses,

Take her for a long walk in the autumn leaves and have a good conversation. Or go for a bike ride and get cider and donuts along the way at a cider mill. Romance doesn't have to be expensive dinners and shows!
Romance can be mingled into every day events with words like "I love you", "you look beautiful today", or "let's run off to Vegas!".
Also, give her little kisses through out the day. Touch her for a reason other than you want sex. Give her a little neck rub every day or back rub - just 2 or 3 minutes with out her asking for it. Also, if she wants you to do something around the house - like cleaning up after yourself - just do it and don't complain or put it off.
If she has to yell at you to do things like you are her child that is the biggest turn off. Be a man and do what you need to do around the house and yard. I don't know what she exactly means by lazy - but you probably do.

Romance can also be accomplished by spontaneity or small surprises. Like if the weekend is clear announce that you want to take her somewhere special - but don't tell her where. Just tell her what to wear that would be appropriate and take her to some local attraction near where you live or to a honeymoon suite for a night or two. Try to get some creative ideas about that.

Give her some flowers, telling her how much she means to you, then a romantic dinner,if you can cook it will be better, because she will see how much effort you put into it,and appreciate it better than if u go just to a restaurant. Then sing her the song Come What May,even if you suck at singing.
Never knew I could feel like this
Like I've never seen the sky before
I want to vanish inside your kiss
Every day I'm loving you more and more
Listen to my heart, can you hear it sings
Telling me to give you everything
Seasons may change, winter to spring
But I love you until the end of time

Come what may
Come what may
I will love you until my dying day

Suddenly the world seems such a perfect place
Suddenly it moves with such a perfect grace
Suddenly my life doesn't seem such a waste
It all revolves around you
And there's no mountain too high
No river too wide
Sing out this song I'll be there by your side
Storm clouds may gather
And stars may collide
But I love you until the end of time

Come what may
Come what may
I will love you until my dying day

Oh, come what may, come what may
I will love you, I will love you
Suddenly the world seems such a perfect place

Come what may
Come what may
I will love you until my dying day

Then maybe go for a walk, and watch the stars and tell her how beautiful she is,and how lucky you are because you have a girl like her.
Good Luck

You have to get out of the rut and take her on a weekend away to Tahiti or Fiji or Rome etc. DInner and a movie just doesn't get the adrenalin flowing. Maybe there is a sport you can enjoy together like hang gliding or spear fishing or even camping. Even playing tennis together or with another couple gets the juices flowing and gets you hot and sweaty . GL
In 5 years you have probably already tried poems, dinner and movies and flowers...BORING..that is o.k. for the beginning...but not all there is after 5 years...PLEASE

I applaud you for wanting to keep the fire in your romance, as well as wanting to keep your girlfriend. Although I don't have any suggestions, I would advise you to do something romantic, that she's never done before. Make sure it's a surprise, and something she smiles about.

In our area, there are train rides that are really nice. You can stay overnight for bed and breakfast. It was something I did for my husband. He still talks about it.

Good luck..I'm pretty sure you'll get good advice from here.

Do something that you never have before. Something that would completely blow her away. i.e. romantic getaway to a place she's always wanted to go but hasn't, create a romantic setting and tell her how much you care about her in a cute poem or song then please HER sexually, or you could always ask one of her friends what would really make her happy.

Plan a special evening for her. Dinner, something that she likes to do whether its dancing, movies (movies she likes), and a gift. Something simple yet something that will mean something to her. Make sure you tell her how much she means to you and that you still love her. The longer your in a relationship, you have to remember you get to know that person, and you do kind of get bored so you have to make sure that you do remind them and yourself that you still love them. And make it more often that you tlel her that you love her and sometimes out of the blue, give her flowers, or candy, or some sort of gift that lets her know how much you love her.

make eye contact and listen to her when she talks.
Remember little things that she likes such as her favorite candy bar you stopped to get at the store just for her.
Go on a weekend vacation to a chalet or a log cabin and forget about everyone except each other.
