~~~ hmmm,,,sounds like something they would make on Iron Chef,,,,now mabey sweet potato ice cream would be good as long as you make it with mini marshmellows and some brown sugar,,,would taste like the Thanksgiving caserol except in ice cream form,,,,~~~

Hmm. Controversial. I am a bit partial to potatoes...and I also enjoy ice cream. But maybe they're just two things which shouldnt be mixed...like work and pleasure...

never heard of it, but I've tried bean i/c, garlic i/c, in Alaska they make a traditional salmon and berries i/c (tasted it not that bad) and avocado ice cram, so I would try it and see what it taste like.
