I enjoy my freedom.

Everyone ends up alone. Your husband/wife eventually dies, kids move away, you might get put into a nursing home, etc.

New argument please.

I am very thankful that I was fortunate enough to have strong women in my life who educated me at a young age about the seriousness of bringing up children. I am very glad that I have made the choice to not have children. More power to moms, but I am not ready to go there anytime soon. I enjoy things the way they are for now.

I used to secretly wish I would get pregnant, but now that I'm a FT nanny for an infant. I'm really enjoying my freedom. When she wasn't sleeping through the night because she was sick, and when she decides to get up at 5am, I'm still sleeping. I truly appriciate not having my own kids! I'm with you, I'm not ready to give-up my freedom.

When I didn't have children, I was glad I didn't have children. Now I have children and I'm glad I do - but sometimes I do miss the freedom.

Parenting is VERY rewarding...tiring sometimes, but still, would not trade it for anything. What good is it to have nice things, like a sports car, nice house, expensive clothes, if you are going to end up alone when you get old!?

Honestly. I miss my child free life. I do. I love my kids, don't tangle and twist it, but I will not shed too many tears when they leave the house.

Before you end up alone, there is a life time of happiness and good memories.

Are you seriously asking that in the "Parenting" section? Good thing you don't have any children-you may not know what those little people like things are.
