Unfortunately engaging in intellectual debate with one's superiors about their beliefs generally doesn't tend to go down well.
I realise you meant metaphorically, but if you did mean tear it apart physically I would suggest taking it to a recycling bin afterwards where it could be put to better use than it currently is in its untorn state.
What would Jesus do? He'd neither be quiet or tear up the bosses bible. He'd go into a delusional rant about being the son of God and get sent off to the local loony bin to be treated for schizophrenia.

LOL....tear her Bible from page to page and destroy her faith? Right - that would destroy her faith. You guys are so funny - thinking that anything you can do would destroy someone's faith. Hey - if that makes you feel better, than by all means keep believing it.
Wow - even funnier that the asker never once said his boss was preaching to him, but that's what a bunch of you just assume. I've been preached to more by nonbelievers than I ever was by believers (when I didn't believe).

Keep your mouth shut and your computer turned off, you may keep your job and may not look like such an idiot the next time you ask a question.
And by the way to the people that answered that she is harassing you etc. "Where in this ridiculous question did it say that she was preaching to him or even mentioning religion"? This person may just be a nut that is assuming the lady even has a bible.

Hmmm...using the "shoe on the other foot argument", I would suggest that you burn her bible right in front of her. Tell her it's for her "own good", after all--you love her too much to see her ending up stuck in the underworld with the likes of Anubis and Thoth (lol). You should also start quoting verses to her out of such books as Necronomicon, The Book of the Dead, anything by Darwin, the Bagavad Gita, etc. Tell her the Lord and Lady love her.
Then, in a couple of weeks, ask the hard-hitting question: "Have you let the Flying Spaghetti Monster into your heart yet? I can help you do this...repeat after me..."

Jesus would tell your boss that the bible is an abherration of the word of God and persuade her to abandon the false religion. He would attempt to bring her into the light.

Jesus didn't seem to have time for a job. I suppose he would be pleasant and keep his mouth shut. I would probably look for a new job.

By getting fired, do you mean that you would be sent to Hell?
Jesus would let His actions do the talking, but remember that He never hurt anyone with His actions.

Express to your boss, that you are not interested in hearing about their faith or religious views. If this poises a problem, then you may have to go to EEO to file a complaint. If your job is secular in nature, then you do have the right to ask your boss to refrain from sharing their faith with you.

you probably couldn't destroy her faith, tearing someone's property apart is rude and you should keep you mouth shut. If it really really bothers you that much, change jobs
