Sounds like either low blood sugar or dehydration. Make sure you eat a good breakfast without a lot of sugar and with a lot of complex carbohydrates- like peanut butter toast and some cereal or something. Drink plenty of fluids (hard to do when you are in school...) When you eat a lot of sugar at once, your blood sugar comes way up, and then will plummet suddenly later, which causes a faint, hot feeling. If it persists, I would go see a doctor and have some blood drawn. The school nurse should be able to check your blood sugar when this happens if you are at school. Good luck! That is a terrible feeling!

I agree with Shmidly. That happened to me once after a hot shower. The next time I went to the doctor I told him about it and he said I had a drop in blood pressure.

Heat from hot tubs, or hot springs or even just soaking in your bathroom tub cause your blood vessels to dialate, causing your blood pressure to go down due to less resistance in the vessels. Cut down the time you sit in it.

The heat raises blood pressure which in turn can make you dizzy.
