Public Displays of Affection... What is acceptable? A hug? A small kiss hello and goodbye? Holding hands? What do you think is acceptable to do in public? Where would you draw the line?

I believe that it is what you are comfortable with ..all of the above are acceptable where I am from..definitely not make love in public or even make out but as long as you both are comfortable its accepted..don't make yourself or others uncomfortable..if you see that it bothers others try to tone it down..this other opinion of being a whore with more then a peck on the cheek is mental!!!!!!!!!Is he sheltered or what??

as long as your not groping each other in public or making out hot and heavy PDA is great. When your in love your in your own world that invovles just the two of you. Hug, hold hands, kiss and look into each others eyes...who cares what anyone else thinks. But, don't go overboard...the kiddies are watching too...

were would I draw the line hu? well I will have to say a kiss is fine a hug is normal and well holding hands are also normal so a long kiss would be as far as I would go as far as public are concefned

I think a kiss, a hug or hand holding is acceptable. but I don't think groping or making out is acceptable in public that should be done in private.

Depends on the place that you are at. It's ok to hold hands, hug, kiss, make out a bit.. but to fully go tongue choking, grasping one another... that would be a bit wrong. But if you're at a park or in the movie theaters... it wouldn't matter much... Really it depends on how comfortable you are around one another... true you have to respect the people around you but sometimes... it doesn't matter much...

I see nothing wrong with a hug and/or small kiss in public. As long as it doesn't go any further than that, then you need to take to a private room.

I think a short kiss is the last acceptable thing you can do. Dont let him grab your butt in public.

hugs, putting ur arms around each other, and kisses (not making out) are fine but other things shouldn't be in public

i think that its ok to go as far as making out....not excessivly mind you but short is ok......dont go as far as groping or anything......but holding hands, hugs, short kisses, etc are perfectly acceptable.......if you like/love each other its perfectly fine to show it.....you dont have to hide your feelings for each other when your in public
