Just go to http://free.grisoft.com/doc/1 and click on 'AVG Anti-Virus Free', then click on orange box 'Download free version', then click on the file 'avg71free_405a791.exe'. You can then download file and run the install. It is really good, i use it.

Go to http://free.grisoft.com/doc/5390/lng/us/tpl/v5 and download the AVG Free for Windows installation files. It should be avg71free_405a791.exe as of today 9/23/06.

i take it you want some anti virus software. avg is a free one that i used to use but is very good. the link i'd use would be below.

make sure it is the one for home use since the business download costs money. I had a hard time navigating thru the site also.
