~~~ I dont know what you mean by "catch sugar" ? But gee ,,, you need to have at least eight 8oz glasses of water a day,,,you need to keep your body hydrated in order for all your organs to keep functioning and stay healthy,,,,,please drink some water,,,~~~

No, that is not how you get diabetes. You probably get plenty of water in whatever else you are drinking. If you weren't, you would be dehydrated and very sick.

dehydration, illness, infection.
