for most women-24-28 days from the 1st day of your last period. Go to www.mycycles.com and you can track your period each month and know when your ovulation days are.(Ovulation is the most suceptable days to get pregnant). I have an account(its free) and it helps me to plan future activies around my period day.

You start counting fromthe first day of your period. Your next one should come about 28 days after your first day but everyone is a little different.
