If you are a size 6, I would say that your weight is just fine. 135 lbs is not a lot- unless you are 4 ft. nothing. It sounds like you are on the brink of developing a body/eating disorder. If you really think you are overweight- and would like someone's professional opinion, go to a Dr. or a trainer at a gym and have your bodyfat percentage checked. It sounds like you don't have a real problem with your weight, but you have it in your head that you are fat.
PLEASE please- get the opinion of someone neutral who can really tell you if you have a weight problem.
***keep in mind that women are SUPPOSED to have some fat on their bodies- it's HEALTHY***
You are 16.5 years old- an eating disorder- starving your body of nutrients (even restricting your diet) can have serious health consequences later in life.
It's not a bad thing to excercise, but don't let it take over your life!
Take care of yourself, hon.

Work out your height in meters and times it by itself (square it). Then divide this answer into you weight in Kilograms. If you are between 23 and 27 you have a healthy weight. If you are over 27 then you are overweight, and if you are over 30 then you are obese and may need medical advice. Drink low fat milk and lean meat. Don't give up meet or milk as you need them for calcium and iron. What you give up now will affect you in the future.

You don't need money to loose weight, I know. It is really very simple Watch what you eat, no candy, soft drinks, beer and cut down on your food intake.Don't starve your self, but eat several small, healthy snacks per day. Now the most important, walk briskly about 3 miles each day. At the end of the week, reward yourself with one meal of all of your favorite foods. It's the healthy way to loose weight.

Depends on how tall you are and how much muscle you have. My friend is 2 inches taller than me, and weighs 8 pounds more than me but is A LOT more thinner than me. She has more muscle than i do.

it seems to be that you are not overweight. i think at your age and for your height and weight, ur just right. you don't need to start dieting yet, just keep excercising and you should continue to be fine!!
