well, as a white man who prefers black women, i can tell you oakland, detroit, atlanta, sacramento (yeah, go figure), and baltimore are good "hunting grounds".

First I would say it depends on your class, status, and profession. Most upper scale and class for the black men are clubs in the white surban areas, as they are usually looking for white women.
