First of all nobody "needs" a boyfriend or girlfriend. And if that's what you think, that's kind of sad.
Just be yourself, don't try to act macho or show off. Make her laugh and don't treat her like an object. And asking a girl out would help you...

Be nice to them!!! Talk to them! Tell jokes, laugh a lot! not to much do!! be confident and belief in yourself!! we like guys that are shy, but not to shy that they dont talk!! be romantic! if u like someone let them no, dont play games!! its to boring and annoying!! flirt with the person u like! not every girl!! just be yourself!! and all i good time
