Angel cake is really soft and fragile so what I would do is:
bake 2 of the boxes of angel cake then after it's cool cut it in 1'' - 11/2'' pieces, have some brandy macerated strawberries or mixed berries, some whipped cream and some vanilla pudding. What you do is layer a crystal mold or dish with plastic wrap then put a layer of the cubed cake, then some of the berries then pudding, then another layer of the cake, then berries then pudding and top it with the cubed cake to finish. put some weight on it and put it in the fridge for at least 8 hrs. or over night. The cake is going to get all spongy and delicious with the pudding and the berries juices then when you are going to served it top it with the whipped cream and spoon it out to serve it. I've done this with pound cake and it's delicious...

I only cut in half, and put fresh whipped cream with fresh cut strawberries, don't assemble to soon, but before the guests arrive and then place in the fridge. Everyone loves that cake.
Another way is in a trifle dish cut up the cake and do layers
with the fresh whipped cream and different berries. YUM YUM!
Can even drizzle a little chocolate syrup over the cream.

Angel food is very absorbent, so try putting in a tea cup, then puring a mixture of Amaretto and coffee on it, then sprinkle it with cocoa, to make your own version of Tiramisu.

it will be ok but that is a lot of angel food cake and a lot of eggs......it will not spoil as long as it is not opened....when you add pudding add it to each serving...angel food is hard to cut it is better torn apart...

No that will taste great. Just don't do it too far in advance (the night before would be the earliest you would want to go).
