In one way or another the blood flow is being cut off the the veins and nerves of your feet. Crossing your legs or sitting on your feet. Could be a disease of the veins or nerves too. (probably not)

it is when there is lack of blood circulation and then all of a sudden there is good circulation. the blood going back to the foot cause the weird "ants on the foot" feel. Sounds good anyway, don't know if it is right.

dont cross your legs or your ankles. this cut of the blood circulation. when you feel pins and needles, this is where the blood need to find its way back in all the veins.
