This begs the question, if you are married to a woman in Florida, but decide to marry a man in Mass. are you committing bigamy in Florida? In Mass I think it would be a clear case of Bigamy, but in Florida, since they don't recognize gay marriage.....

i don`t think that the polygamy is legal in any state(of usa), but in the state of utah are thousands of polygamists...
