Sweet Breath?
It has been often assumed that brushing teeth (or even the tongue) has to do with fresh smelling breath.

My studies show rather that the problem is in the digestive system. Then there it is where fresh breath means should start:

* chewing one's food very well. Starch is only digested in the mouth by being mixed with saliva. Protein must be chewed well, or the stomach acids do not get through the bigger junks.

* Right food combination helps: Starch food and protein food cannot be properly digested when mixed together in the stomach. Best is to separate them at each meal: choose a starch meal or a protein meal. (Vegetables are neutral.) If this is not possible, then you may want to eat the starch first. It is digested faster and can leave the stomach when at its bottom. The protein food stays longer in the stomach, a time which would make the starch rot.

* Fresh food with greens helps freshen the breath (chlorophyll).

* If the digestion is weak, papya enzymes with peppermint may help digest the food.

* Before getyting together with others, peppermint helps to freshen one's breath.

A healthy digestive system supported by a good, fresh diet makes sweet saliva (a part of the lymphatic system) after the sytem has been gently cleansed.

I would use Dinshah Color MedicineTM to gently clease the system.

Then tooth brushing can refresh.

Floss, brush your teeth, scrape your tongue, rinse with a mouthwash of your choice. Avoid foods that make bad breath, like onions and garlic. If none of that helps, consult your doctor or dentist to see where the smell is coming from.

If you do a search on the internet using "bad breath" as your search term, you will find almost five MILLION references. Here's a good place to start:

Have you teeth cleaned at least EVERY 6 months. FLOSS at least once daily, better if you do it after every meal. Brush, and brush your tongue as well. Lay off the garlic and onions.
