Yesterday, this guy i like kept bumping his arm into mine, trying to get close to me, stare at me when he walked by me then smiled when i looked, and sniffed when he walked by me. Are these signs of flirting?

Let me get this straight he sniffed you? the only logical approach to this is that it would have been all right had you had some perfume on, if you like him go for it.
