Neither fat or muscle. Not in just 24 hours. U actually lost water! Two litres in 24 hours isnt actually a lot of water to drink, its the recommended daily amount. Dont not eat. Id advise cutting down on the unhealthy stuff instead of fasting.

It's water. The way you can tell, is to have a pickle or a very small amount of salt in your food. The pickle is high in sodium, but low in calories, carbs & fat so it won't screw up any diet. The sodium will make sure that you cells have enough water.

If after eating the pickle, and weighting yuorself the next day you gained over 1 kilo , then it was water weight. If you gain 1/2 kilo, then it was muscle.

Sorry, but you didn't lose any fat.

It is neither fat nor muscle
It is fluid , even though you were drinking the 2 liters of water

your body was still eliminating tissue fluid, at a faster rate .

It is not at all a good or safe thing, to do in such a short period of time , this puts a great strain on your kidneys.

after starving yourself , the weight will return with interest ,when you go back to eating again .
And if kept up for any length of time could cause organ failure

Excessive dieting , low protein low carbohydrates will eventually cause fat and muscle wastage .

Dieting is eating a varied amount ,of protein, carbohydrates and fruit and vegetable, sensibly
A Balanced diet , combined with healthy exercises ,
will allow your body to lose weight , if . it needs to ,
and any excess weight will stay off ,

I don't think it's fat...You won't lose pounds by not eating...Because then you binge and you get all that weight backed up.
