Read the question, people. I don't see walking as a choice in this question, as this person probably doesn't have that luxury if he or she doesn't live that close.
To answer the question, I would choose the car. The bus or metro might be more convenient (as you don't have to worry about traffic or pedestrians), but taking the bus or metro increases your chance of sitting next to a sick person who is breathing, coughing and sneezing all over you.

Depends on possibilities. First choice would be to walk. If it is too far, and living in a city with public transit, it would be metro: cheaper, more ecological, and often much faster. If I had to depend on a bus, I don't know whether I would choose that over a car. My ecologically correct answer of course would be bus over car, but the idea of standing for a long time in a crowded bus that didn't go any faster than my car might daunt me.

Car. I like to drive and its faster than the bus. The bus here are never on time and it would take me 2 1/2 hrs by bus(assuming that they were on time) compared to 20 to 30 min by car. That time includes finding a parking spot. I also don't like rubbing elbows with homeless and/or 800 people who use muni as their mobile homes. The bus here dont run afer midnight and I get off late.

Car. It takes me 5 minutes to drive to work. The bus would probably take me a half hour.

Car, because I work irregular hours and don't like waiting in the heat of summer and cold of winter outside for the bus.

Well let's see, car or motorcycle?

Ahhhhh, what shall I drive or ride today?

Live in a rural community, place of business is 45.6 miles away, you tell me?

Are no trains, nor buses, besides enjoy the peace and quite, and my cows.

I walk. It's healthier, faster and I feel good about not being part of the pollution/traffic problem in my city.
