I'm doing a siince fair project on types of bread and organic vs. non-organic (as in with preservatives). Does anyone know (and can cite their info) what type of organic bread will mold the fastest?

a bread high in natural nutrients and little or no preservatives.

White bread with preservatives takes a long time ti mold.

The bread I use, Natures Own wheat double fiber seems to mold while you are blinking.

Mould is the correct spelling.
Breads with vinegar added do not mould as quick,you can just smell it the loaf.
