Witchcraft?

You see, witchcraft, alcemy, dark magic and all those things are weird. A ouija board creepy. Signs. Haunted homes. Whoa. Anyways please tell me if you've ever had an experience with a spirit or anything of some sort. Must be true. Is it also true that you must NEVER burn a ouija board? Aaaah....

I'm a Witch i I don't consider it weird. Its my Religion. Yes I have had Experiences within he spirit realm. And you shouldnt use Ouija boards. anytime to open the door to the other side, you risk bringing something that you never intended through that may not be very nice.

Alchemy is merely a more scientific approach to herbalism. And yes, a lot of it is weird, as far as the rituals are concerned. I have yet to find any particular book or writing proving any type of dark magic... until you get into the books of the middle ages and a lot of those were written by priests of the Catholic Church.

It is said to burn a ouija board is to invite evil spirits to you... in you, whatever. I have personally burned a ouija board and had no ill effects.

I am glad I read this question because I thought you HAD to burn a ouija board and could NOT throw it away. I heard this in college, where we used to use one quite a bit. I have one now...but don't think I will ever use it again. Very scary. I met a girl who committed suicide in our dorm via the ouija board. We thought we were just scaring ourselves and that we were moving the board...but a year later someone who lived in the town told me that it was a true story! There was a girl who killed herself in my dorm and on my floor, in the room across the hall from mine!! Months after that a sorority sister told me she had seen a ghost...but she didn't know any of the details of my story!

I got ask if I was a witch just lastnight...I said im a good one.. yes scary things do intrigue us..you shouldnt want to be from darkness only light ..and yes have had many weird things happen..saw a ghost on a few ocassions ..heard my mother call me the day she was going to be buried as my sister also did same morning..same time.. never heard not to burn ouigua board..heard of some flying against walls I wouldnt mess with them if I were you..crystals balls are fake i feel and tarrot cards are too vague..palm reading somewhat good ..astrology ok..numerology..ehh.. im a card reader...so i usually just go by what i see.. and feel and usually get words too describe like ...He was Fascinated with her.. just remember to always know the true source of power is God..

I am an Occultist. At some point or another I have delt with witchcraft, alchemy, dark magick and many other weird things. I have decided that I am going to learn the truth about life, the universe, and everything. Part of this truth is realizing and understanding things we know about and are commonly misunderstood. Albert Einstien said "To be great, is to be misunderstood." To me the greatest thing around is the truth.

Witchcraft is among the most misunderstood practices. It has within it only a few basic principles followed by a few bits of wisdom. It does not have a strict limit which often leaves it open to misunderstanding becuase nobody, not even practitioners of witchcraft can say what they are not capable of within the art. It is believed that power leads to evil and that witchcraft is a power. The truth is witchcraft relates closer to a way of life then a gathering of power. It claims that our acts will reflect on us three fold. This means that how we act directly reflects how we feel. If we are loving and kind people. Love and kindness will always be a part of our day. If we are sufferable people who act on our own desire. Then we will meet people we must tolerate and play to get what we want. In simplicity how we feel is how we act. By changing how we act we can change how we feel.

Alchemy is also a misunderstood art. It has two forms, eastern alchemy and western alchemy. In the end the magickal form of alchemy has the same roots in both forms. It is the study of all things. It was believed a long time that fire was the ultimate purifier and if metal was heated long enough it would burn away all the impurities leaving nothing except the soul of the world. If you look at it spiritually it is saying that if we keep a burning fire within our hearts we will be purified and eventually break down into our most basic form, the soul of the world.

Dark magick is a severally misunderstood art becuase many consider darkness to be evil. This is not true whatsoever. Darkness in the case of magick refers to the inability to see beyond what is required. Rather then focusing soully on the result Dark Magickians often believe they should attach their souls to their work. This is how the common misbelief that in order to be a dark magickian one must sell their soul to the devil. Dark Magickians believe that looking ahead or behind you is a waste of talent. That knowing what should have been done or what sould be done does not assist you in making an action now. That by acting only on the now you reduce hesitation which often leads to fear and judgement. They believe that if you act in accordance to your desires at the moment that you will not have to be afraid about what is to come becuase if your a dark magickian it will be a unique moment and require individual attention just like the moment right now. Dark Magickians believe that existing for the moment is the path to take.

Ouija boards are rather creepy. It was created as the ultimate tool of divination. This tool is very dangerous becuase it is so widely available. Divination is a magickal art just like any other and demands respect from its user. Often its used at parties and such without the proper ritual to keep the casters safe. This allows any kind of spirit to enter so you will never know who or what you are speaking to. Often becuase of a negetive experience people resort to burning the ouija board. This is a christian practice. Christians believed that if things of a wicked nature are burned that the evil within them vanishes forever. They would often burn the books and tools of sorcerors and mediums to cleans the area of evil. This unfortunately included the sorceror or medium in some cases.

Burning ouija boards is a very rediculous practice becuase the ritual is obviously not closed at the time of burning it. This will harm the spirit or demon connected to the board. It also has the capacity to release the spirit attached to the board to roam freely in this plane. Many spirits evil or otherwise HATE this so they take an act of vengance when they are free. Often I am called in to negotiate with these spirits and demons in order to make them return home or take a new residence and be at peace. This can take a long time and sometimes they can not be reasoned with. This means that the spirit must be sealed or exorcised from the location. Both are horrible methods of dealing with spirits which is why I do not advocate the use of ouija boards. Not even if the practitioner knows the proper rituals associated with their use.

Haunted houses these days are usually simply "echo hauntings". Sometimes spirits leave behind energy in places they love or charish. This results in the occassional moment of supernatural phenomona. The truth is most hauntings have no awareness to the world around them which is why their acts are occasionally interpretted as evil. Some spirits do not want to cross over becuase they are waiting for someone and so on. Very rarely do they seek to actively harm a living being becuase our worlds don't really bother one another.

As I stated above I regularly deal with spirits of all natures. The most unique are the three pranksters. A friend was having trouble with a spirit they figured as evil so they asked me to investigate it. after some time of talking with them I convinced them that my friend did not find them funny. They were rather upset so I knew I had to make a deal before things escalated. I told them I found their actions very funny (becuase it was helarious) and they could hang out at my place. They must of been kids becuase they liked to pop out of stuff and makes lights flicker to scare people. Every time they got me I could not help but laugh. Their favorite trick was to push a book of the shelf so it would make a loud pop when it hit the floor. If your not ready for it you will jump out of your socks.

When I was very little a grandmother died and once she was buried she visited me me nearly everynight for several days to tell me that I was on the wrong path because my parents were evil and would destroy my life and spirit. She told me repeatedly to live life my way and not to be swayed by the influence of my parents. I was 5 or 6 years old and was terrified, but I listened. She saved me.

ppl have this stuff so confused... bet you didnt know that christianity actually stems from wicca wich is earth religion and most ppl think its like devil worship. It's actaully just loveing the eartha nd everything that spirit puts here. Of course there is some wirtd stuff... you ever seen a catholic priest "bless" something. Or what about the Church of Christ, ever seen them fall out in the floor with the holy spirit? Now that stuff is pretty wierd too!
