I am on the seventh day of my period (it is over), but am wondering if I can pray today. I will start fasting tomorrow just wanted to be sure. I have done the ghusl, so will my prayers be accepted?

Insha'allah now that your "friend" has left and you have made ghusl and intentions, of course your salat will be accepted.

You have to pray after ghusl as long as your period is over.
Be sure that your Prayers today are accepted.
I wish you acceptable fasting starting from tomorrow.

Will your prayers be accpeted? NO. The god known in islam as allah is a false god. He does not exist. Also:

Islam states:

Women are inferior to men and must be ruled by them (qur’an 4:34)
The qur’an likens a woman to a field to be used as he wills. (2:223)
It declares that a woman’s testimony is worth half that of a man. (2:282)
It allows men to marry up to 4 wives, and have sex with slave girls also. (4:3)
It rules that a sons inheritance should be twice the size of that of a daughter. (4:11)
It tells husbands to beat disobedient wives. (4:34) The prophet said, “A man will not be asked as to why he beat his wife.”

Mohammad emphasized that women were possessions of their husbands. “the husband is only obliged to support his wife when she gives herself to him or offers to” meaning she allows him full enjoyment of her person and does not refuse him sex at any time of the day or night.

Nothing is easier than divorce for a muslim male: All he has to do is tell his wife, “I divorce you,” and the divorce is consummated.

Women are not entitled to equality of dignity with men as human beings, but are objects to be awarded to men and used by them.

Individual muslims may honor women but islam does not.
