having eyes implies a central nervous system within the sperm, sperm are infact cellular and do not possess any intelligence. When they are released their tails swish back and forwards. The sperm simply moves in the direction it's facing. Thus sperm reaching the egg are there by complete luck, a product of numerous path changes from collisions.
It's a tough life for those little nippers

No eyes. They are random in their direction... that's why there are so many when only one "counts." They end up in the right place by anatomic channeling along the only available routes.
Chemotaxis (being attracted to certain chemicals) would only play a role in the immediate vicinity of the oocyte (egg).

Sperm have a head, a cone-shaped mid-piece, and a tail, but they do not have eyes........they are helped on their way by contractions from the female uterus.

No they don't have eyes, they orient themselves by chemical tropism (positive chemotaxis). Anyways eyes wouldn't be useful as it's pretty dark in there.

they have only one purpose, to wiggle their way into a cervix and fertilize that egg.So they don't need eyes to find their way.
