Whenever i gather all the courage i have to talk to her, it just goes away and i freak out at the end. Whenever she stands near me, i just freak out and look somewhere else or walk away. Plz help Me coz i wana become her friend first and then ask her out.

If you don't talk to her before school ends, you will have regrets. I should know as I let this girl get away without my ever saying a word to her.
It is far better to appear like a bumbling fool and find out about the possibilities than to live with regrets. If she laughs at you - great! You got her attention, use it! SHY Young men take that sort of thing too personally instead of realizing that some girls find shy guys cute and amusing.., and most importantly.., sweet.
I eventually got out of my shyness as you will, but trust me - TALK TO HER even if you think she will laugh at you. Thats the worst she can do, and if thats the worst, you have nothing to fear.
ADVICE:
Just don't ask her out with your first words. Get to know her. Try asking her how she likes school this year. That is a SIMPLE ice breaker, and follow up with her answer with your own comment, then ask who her teachers are, who she likes best - TALK ABOUT HER... and she will naturally at some point ask about you.
ALSO..., two guys put you down about your shyness. Guess what! Those two guys never had a date with a girl except in a magazine. Dont pay attention to these jerks. shyness works for shy people IF you just realize it. And you're not a wuss.

Chances are she already knows that you're interested in her. Start by asking her a simple question like, "What's your favorite sport?" or give her a compliment like, "Your hair looks really nice today." If you chose to write her a note to tell her how you feel, just be careful, because if the note gets into the hands of an immature person, it might be embarrising.

Make some smaller goals to get your way up to the big goal.
Take me for example: I like a girl, don't know if she likes me, and that makes it hard to ask her out. So instead I'm going to ask her to Homecoming soon and just have a great night with her. So just take it a step at a time. Ask her to a dance or something.

Just be yourself and go talk to her. She can only say no. If she says no, it's not the end of the world, because we are all destined to be with someone. If she is not the one, then just wait longer and you will see that that special someone will be revealed to you later on in life. You don't want to rush into love if the person is all wrong for you. Remember these words : "You can lead a heart to love, but you can't make it fall."

becoming friends with her is indeed very important if you don't trust each other you can't go out with each other, it wouldn't work. so tell a friend to invite her and other people to the movie theater or ask her questions about school, then maybe you'll get confidence then you can tell her jokes if she laughs it will be much easier to talk to her later. good luck I hope she says yes when you ask her out!

Just ask her to be your friend and talk to her and then once you ahve established a friendship and you know stuff about her and she knows stuff about you, then you ask her to go out.
