Cons...as in Converse trainers....!!Do you agree with this or what?!Cos I think it's ridiculous cos I'm going to have to buy new trainers now!

Our teacher last year let us wear them...and weren't they invented as bball trainers?!

That is ridiculous! Your gym teacher can't tell you what kind of shoes to wear. As long as they're sneakers and you can run around in them, you should be allowed to wear them. You should report this to the principal or have your parents call your school. I've never heard of anything so stupid.

What do you mean by fashion runners?
I am just guessing about why you are not permitted to wear them-
are Converse shoes associated with gangs? Are people getting assaulted because of them? That may be why.
Did you know before school started that Converse shoes were not permitted in PE class? If so, you had warning.
I am not sure how to resolve that. It may be a Board of Education issue. Talk with your PE teacher and maybe the Principal to see if you can resolve this.
Don't count on it, though!

Your PE teacher don't know what s/he is talking about. You can wear any type of sneaker to PE you want. I would discuss this with your parents, and you and your parents discuss this with the principal. I think this is a bunch of beans. I never heard of such non-sense.

Just support your teacher about what you think of the rule in her class about the cons! And don't try to against her! =) Because convince is the best way to tell what you feel! ^_^ You can do it!!
