The Hgb is a bit low, but not critically so. The MCV tho means that the size of the red blood cells are very small and the MCH means that the amount of hemoglobin per cell is also on the low side. I'm guessing the MCHC and HCT are also low. These numbers suggest iron deficiency anemia possitbly with chronic blood loss.

It means your red blood cells are small, and your hemoglobin is to low and I forgot what the last value was. But I would ask a doctor.
