if he gives you lots of eye contact when he's talking to you! and talks to you more than other girls, and tries to take an interest in your interests. also if he tries to hug you a lot!

Loads of guys have different ways.
Some when they talk to you may hint it out in a way that confuses some people at times.
But, the easiest thing to do. Is ASK.
But, only if you really think he does. If he acts differently around you than most people.
Then again, he might just like you as a reallyy good friend.

It depends on his age and personality. If he is like 10-14, then nothing will happen b/c he believes that you have coodies. When a guy 10-14 likes you, he says mean things. When older guys like you, they tend to tell you, unless they are really shy and afraid of rejection.

Most of the answers suggest that you should start to talk with him. They are correct. Don't ask too many questions, just get to know each other and if you have fun, then you will know if he likes you. Do not be scared - just do it

if your the quiet type.. then me personally i somehow subconsciously talk louder around you and i talk to everyone but you.. so giving away samples of myself... since the quiet ones always give out a sense of personal space.
