there's a guy that I work with, and he always comes over to ask me what time I leave, and then he tells me what time he leaves..plus, i always catch him looking at me, but he always looks away, or at something else when I see him doing this...what does this mean..?

Sounds like he is interested in you so break the ice and ask if he would like to do lunch or dinner sometime. Maybe catch a movie or do something fun like bowling or catch a game. You can even invite another couple to break the ice. Go dutch the first time.
